Sam's Xpress Car Wash

I had such a wonderful experience here. They went above and beyond to help clean my tires. Dante was the best and extremely helpful. My car was left sparkling and tires looked amazing after. Will come back again!

Peyton Copeland was very helpful and kind throughout my visit. They had a great attitude, answered my questions, and made the whole experience easy. You can tell they care about providing great customer service. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend this car wash because of the excellent service!

There was still a bunch of dirt left on the roof and other areas that the wash didn’t get. I personally hand wash my vehicles as that is by far the best way to get them clean. We have a contract for fleet vehicles for this location. Pretty disappointed

I’ve been a loyal Sam’s customer for years, but after this experience, I won’t be back. I took my 2005 Suburban through the wash, and when it reached the blower section, I heard a loud bang—my sunroof was literally blown off the vehicle and shattered. The glass was blown across my hood and damaged the hood also. When I spoke to the attendants, they showed no concern and immediately said it wasn’t their fault. That alone was frustrating. I then contacted corporate. A district manager had me bring the vehicle in, but after looking at it, I was told they would not cover the damage because of the vehicle’s age. I completely disagree with that decision. The damage happened inside their wash during normal operation. ⚠️ Be aware: If your vehicle is damaged here, don’t expect them to take responsibility. Very disappointing experience, especially after being a long-time customer.

I've had a membership so I frequent different locations and never had a complaint until today. I got tire shine and the exit of the wash was so fast that when I parked to vacuum all of my wheels were drenched in tire shine, my entire front and back of the car were still wet as well. Not coming back to this one.
